Before:  Narrow upper jaw, upper and lower crowding.

After:  Non-extraction treatment achieved with space gaining appliances, including upper jaw expander and lip bumper, followed by full braces.  Total treatment time 20 months.  He says he’s happy not to have his “fangs!”
