Before:  Underbite, excessive lower jaw size, retruded upper jaw

After:  This patient had full braces to align the teeth.  He then had his upper jaw surgically moved forward and lower jaw surgically moved back to achieve the excellent bite he now has.  The facial profile was also significantly improved and he is proud and confident to display his new smile.
